Five Times Five Hundred is a fundraising campaign to provide sustaining support for Primeros Pasos ("First Steps"), a clinic that provides free health education and clinical care to children in the Western Highlands of Guatemala. The idea is simple, but effective. A team of 500 sustaining members donating just $5 a month ($5 X 500) can allow Primeros Pasos to meet its annual expenses for its core pediatric Healthy Schools Program.

For just 16 cents a day ($5/month) you can bring quality medical care and health education to 12 children a year. Our efficent operations means that a little goes a long way at Primeros Pasos.

Signing up is easy and secure, and you can do it with a debit card, credit card or Pay Pal account just by clicking on one of the buttons on the left-hand side. Just sign up once, and $5 (or $10, $15, or $25 if you choose) will automatically be donated monthly from your debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. (While all donations will be processed by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to use the donation service.)
